The building offers paid laundry facilities on each floor and an outdoor pool. Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for an additional fee. Located in the heart of South Beach, this apartment places you in the center of the action, moments from the sun-soaked sands and world-famous nightlife. Surrounded by pastel-colored Art Deco architecture, trendy cafés, and lively beach clubs, this neighborhood offers a perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. South Beach (0.2 miles) offers miles of white sand beaches and clear turquoise waters. The Art Deco Historic District (0.1 miles) offers a glimpse into Miami’s glamorous past. Lummus Park (0.3 miles) is perfect for jogging and picnicking. Lincoln Road (0.6 miles) is a pedestrian-friendly promenade lined with upscale boutiques and art galleries. The Wolfsonian–FIU (0.4 miles) showcases modern art and design. Espanola Way (0.7 miles) offers vibrant dining and nightlife. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed.
