Certified service animals are allowed, with breed and pet restrictions subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after booking. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. There is a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted at pet-friendly properties. Located in Des Moines' vibrant Western Gateway, this apartment delivers resort-style living right in the heart of downtown. It's just steps away from Pappajohn Sculpture Garden and many of the city's major corporate headquarters, making morning commutes easy. In the evenings, live music, craft brews, and boutique shops are just around the corner. On weekends, explore bike trails linking the Riverwalk to Gray’s Lake, visit the Court Ave. Farmer’s Market, or shop in the East Village. The apartment is within walking distance from the Skywalk that connects the entire city, and easily accessible via Uber, Lyft, or bus. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00 PM, and a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00 AM. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit, and no more than the specified number of guests are allowed on the premises at any given time. Large gatherings and/or parties are NOT allowed. The apartment and all amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the apartment. Guests shall use the apartment for residential purposes only. Guests shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the apartment. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be returned to the original lockbox. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. If the property determines that you have brought any infestation into the apartment or onto the premises, it reserves the right to charge you for any and all costs and expenses deemed necessary to address the infestation. All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the risk of the owner. The property shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. The property reserves the right to charge guests for 120 percent of such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the costs or expenses incurred or suffered as a result of the damage and/or theft.
