Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire apartment, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests may not disturb their neighbors’ quiet enjoyment and must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only certified service animals are allowed, and requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. There is a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted to stay at pet-friendly properties. Failure to leave all designated fobs, keys, and parking passes behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item.
