No refunds will be issued if any amenities are unavailable. Guests cannot receive mail at this location. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the apartment, balcony, patio, and all common and outdoor areas of the building, with a $500 fee for violations. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. There is a maximum occupancy limit for each apartment. Sleepover does not accept package deliveries and guests are not allowed to accept mail or give out the address. Sleepover assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings.
