This room is located directly below an active wedding venue (The Down Town Club). On wedding nights, guests may hear loud music and feel some vibration until the event ends. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise, including on balconies and in shared spaces, are strictly prohibited. Noise and smoking detecting technology is used inside the suites to monitor excessive noise levels and violations of our non-smoking policy. Tampering with any of these devices is a direct violation of our house rules. Violations are subject to fines, starting at $250, for each occurrence in order to pay to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. There are 4 small steps leading to the building's lobby.
