Our centralized heating and air conditioning systems operate in compliance with municipal regulations. Heating is available from October 15th to May 1st, and air conditioning from May 15th to October 1st. The building association manages transitional operation based on outside temperatures to ensure your comfort. We prioritize your vehicle's safety, but please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to vehicles parked on our property. To avoid towing, always park in designated spaces and prominently display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Please refrain from parking in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. As part of our commitment to ensuring a secure environment, we ask all guests to complete a screening process upon arrival. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Our Damage Waiver Fee covers accidental damages that may occur during your visit, provided you report any incidents promptly. This coverage applies only to items within the property. The Damage Waiver Fee does not cover intentional damage, violations of rental policies such as smoking, damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal belongings, stolen or lost items, or unreported damage during your stay. Additional charges apply for lost FOB/access cards at $250, smoking indoors at a $300 fine, and hosting a party on the property at a $300 fine. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a living room with a TV. The first room has two queen-size beds, the second room also has two queen-size beds, and the den offers a full-size bed. Additionally, there is a sofa bed and two bathrooms. Paid parking is available for $20 per night, with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Enhance your stay with a variety of exceptional amenities designed for your enjoyment and convenience, including gym access, a business center, a BBQ grill, a game room with a pool table, and a welcoming pool area. Wristbands are required for pool access and are available for $10 per day, including two wristbands.
