Feel at home in this perfect home base for your exploration. This thoughtfully designed apartment caters to both business and leisure travelers, offering everything you need for a relaxing experience. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and an in-unit washer and dryer. A smart-TV with streaming apps is installed. Onsite parking is available for $10 per night per vehicle. Optional services to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are offered for additional fees. Tucked beneath a canopy of swaying palms and banyan trees, Coconut Grove offers a laid-back, bohemian vibe. In this charming neighborhood, breezy cafés, local boutiques, and lush parks set the tone for a slower, more soulful kind of stay. Nearby attractions include CocoWalk (0.8 miles), Vizcaya Museum & Gardens (1.5 miles), Kennedy Park (0.9 miles), Peacock Park (0.7 miles), Bayshore Landing Marina (1 mile), and Downtown Coral Gables (2.5 miles). Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
