This move-in ready space is ideal for both short and extended stays, offering a true 'home away from home' experience. The open-concept main floor features a living room, dining area, and a kitchen island. The dining table comfortably seats six, and the kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances and stocked cookware. The upstairs master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a Smart TV. Guest rooms include one queen bed and one full-size bed, sharing a hallway bathroom. Smart TVs are provided in every bedroom, and fresh bed and bath linens, along with blackout curtains, ensure restful nights. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. This property is family- and pet-friendly, with pet fees applying. A welcome tray with snacks and Keurig K-Cups is provided. Conveniently located off I-85, this home is within walking distance to local dining options and near the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area and the Southeastern Railway Museum. This is a non-smoking property, and no events are permitted. Evidence of smoking indoors or outdoors will incur a $400 housekeeping expense. Late check-out is available for an additional fee of $20 per hour after 10 am, with a $25 fee for every 15 minutes thereafter after a 15-minute grace period. Tampering with or disabling electronic monitoring devices is prohibited. Mail should not be sent to the rental property. The property utilizes a septic tank, and only toilet paper should be flushed. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bin on the side of the home, rolled to the end of the road on Thursday nights for Friday morning pickup; failure to do so incurs a fee. In the event of system failures, neither the property owner nor management is liable for damages, and no refunds will be given, though efforts will be made to repair or replace the failed system. Management is not liable for loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by weather, natural disasters, pests, construction, or other unforeseen occurrences. Guest personal property is not insured by the owner against loss or damage. Management recommends guests carry insurance to protect themselves and their personal property. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owner and management from all claims resulting from loss, damage, or injury. All payments are non-refundable; cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking confirmation will be refunded minus applicable fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation or within 24 hours of check-in will forfeit all payments. The propane grill is available for use; guests should utilize the cleaning brush and ensure the knob is left in the off position. Guests are prohibited from tampering with, removing, or disabling electronic monitoring devices. The internet plan includes 1.2TB per month; exceeding this limit may impact speeds. No refunds are issued for internet outages or slow speeds. Mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 40-60 nights, and a deep clean replaces the standard checkout clean for stays over 60 nights. Emotional Support Animals are treated the same as pets for booking and fee purposes. Trained service animals are exempt from pet fees. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
