This charming retreat combines comfort with style, offering a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, ideal for creating your favorite meals. Unwind in the spacious living room with a Smart TV and streaming apps installed. You can also enjoy complimentary coffee and an in-unit washer and dryer. Building amenities include a rooftop pool. Step outside and immerse yourself in the sophisticated charm of Miami’s South of Fifth neighborhood. Explore the eclectic mix of upscale dining, where world-class chefs serve dishes inspired by global flavors. Experience the vibrant local scene with chic cafes, lively bars, and renowned seafood spots all just steps away. Dive into the history of this iconic area, from its elegant streets to the nearby art galleries and the stunning waterfront views. South Pointe Park is 0.3 miles away, Miami Beach – South Beach is 0.2 miles away, Joe’s Stone Crab is 0.3 miles away, The Jewish Museum of Florida is 0.5 miles away, and Lummus Park is 0.7 miles away. This is a smoke-free property, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
