The adjacent clubhouse offers a year-round front desk, a heated seasonal pool, two large hot tubs, and BBQ grills with outdoor picnic areas. The clubhouse also features a wet bar with an ice machine, game tables, lounge areas with a fireplace and surround sound, a pool table, a business center, and a coffee and tea nook. This condo is ideally located within walking distance to the entire base area, offering easy access to attractions and activities year-round. It's conveniently situated near ski school, the ticket office, the Gondola, and rental shops. The development is adjacent to ski and snowboard rentals, dining, shops, and a beer hall. Emerald Lodge boasts a prime location within easy walking distance of the Gondola, Ticket Office, Ski School, restaurants, bars, shops, and groceries. The Bear Creek Trail, located right out back, is a paved path leading directly to Gondola Square, approximately 350 yards away. This quiet and pleasant walk connects you to the hiking and biking trails of the Routt National Forest and the Yampa River. During ski season, the free private shuttle service provides convenient transportation to and from the slopes and anywhere else in town. This is a non-smoking property. Violation of the non-smoking policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Cancellations resulting from violation or ignorance of House Rules will result in a cancellation processing fee of at least $100. Guests are responsible for reviewing the House Rules prior to booking and signing a rental agreement after booking.
