A propane grill is also available. Pet rent is $90 per dog per month. Please add your dog to the reservation, so the pet rent can be collected. Located one block from City Park and five minutes from Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens, this apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood nestled next to the park. It's eight blocks to Sprouts Farmers Market, eight minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District, 10 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi, 30 minutes to Red Rocks, and 1 hour 30 minutes to ski resorts. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose (5 minutes away), and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO (15 minutes away). Free street parking is limited to two hours from 8 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday on the immediate block, but unlimited on nights, weekends, and holidays. Unlimited, free parking is available on adjacent blocks. A 90-day parking pass can be applied for to park in the two-hour zone directly in front of the building without restrictions. Failure to check out on time at 10 AM will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. The trusted partner is dog friendly, but has a strict no cats policy. Damage or excessive cleaning charges due to pets shall be charged to the guest. Please ensure you routinely clean up pet hair to avoid these fees. Pets are not allowed on furniture. A warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances. Additional disturbances will result in eviction from the property, and guests will not be given any refund for issues related to noise violations.
