Please note that parking on the shared driveway is not permitted. Large trucks, SUVs, and vans will not fit in the garage or the designated street parking. This townhome is ideally located within 2 blocks of Downtown Bentonville, the Town Square, and Blake Street House. It is less than 1.5 miles to Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, and 8th Street Market. The property is steps from the Razorback Greenway and Slaughter Pen Trail, and 2 miles from Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. Enjoy plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and more, all easily walkable. This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
