Welcome to this beautiful home, where you can feel at home and enjoy the perfect balance of modern amenities and peaceful neighborhood surroundings. The pool is seasonal (April–September); please check availability. The lazy river is only available on weekends during the season. A starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) is provided, and it is your responsibility to refill them for yourself if you run out. A pet fee of $90 will be charged if you bring a pet. This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair and smells are removed. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Savannah, this home is an ideal location for those who want to explore the city's history, culture, and cuisine. It is also conveniently located near shopping centers, providing easy access to everything you need during your stay. Be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed upon number is not allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found in your home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera and one video doorbell for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them, or you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels per person is provided. There is a maximum capacity of three cars, one in the front and two in the back. Please do not park in the spaces in front of other houses. [SI]
