This home is conveniently located near shopping centers, providing easy access to everything you need during your stay. A starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.) is provided, and it's your responsibility to refill them for yourself if you run out. Only one set of towels per person is provided. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. A pet fee of $90 will be charged if you bring pet(s). This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair, smells, etc are removed so the next guests have a clean property to enjoy. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Savannah, this home is an ideal location for those who want to explore the city's history, culture, and cuisine. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found in your home. Parties or events are not allowed. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed, and additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed upon number is not allowed. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms.
