A pet fee of $90 will be charged only if you bring pets, covering the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair and smells are removed. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. The property accommodates a maximum of three cars, with one in the front and two in the back. Please do not park in the spaces in front of other houses. No parties or events are allowed, and do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed-upon number are not allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks in bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. For awareness, there is one security camera and one video doorbell for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels per person is provided. A starter pack of essentials is provided, and if you run out, it is your responsibility to refill them for yourself.
