Two-car garage and street parking are available. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request. Located in the heart of Mid City, you will be close to some of the best walkable bars and restaurants and across from Lafitte Greenway, a 2.6-mile bicycle and pedestrian trail and green corridor connecting neighborhoods from Armstrong Park to City Park. Hop on a nearby streetcar and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in less than 10 minutes. It's also within walking distance to restaurants and shops and close to one of the Mardi Gras routes. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. Renters who exceed the maximum occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction and will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the partner before booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the partner's approval before booking. Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. The community is gated, safe, and secure.
