Hop on a nearby streetcar and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in less than 10 minutes. This location is also close to Canal Street and one of the Mardi Gras routes, and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. Renters who exceed the maximum occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
