Guests are responsible for unclogging any clogged toilets or pipes, with a $100 fee if the homeowner is required to do so. The video game console does not come with any video games. Outdoor commercial hot tubs are not to be used past 10 PM, with a $250 fine for violations. Children under 18 require adult supervision in hot tubs, and children under 8 are not allowed at any time.
