The living room is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the company of friends and family while watching a good movie or a show. It includes a sofa bed, a 4K 58" HDR Smart TV, and a coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your favorite meals with modern amenities such as a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and more. The bedroom includes an office desk and chair, reading lamps, and a 43" Smart TV. The sleeping arrangements feature two full/full bunk beds and a sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. The inviting full bathroom is stocked with all essential toiletries. Only one parking spot is included, with additional parking potentially available in nearby garages or on the street.
