      This stunning Junior Suite is located in the opulent Tresor tower at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach. Enjoy the stunning interior space and lovely outdoor balcony with an ocean view. The suite features one king-size bed and a full-size sofa sleeper, making it kid-friendly. A roll-away bed is available for $60 a night, and Wi-Fi access is included. This modern apartment features a kitchenette with a stove top (2 burners), microwave, and small fridge, as well as a minibar provided by the hotel (items in the minibar are at an additional cost). Enjoy a king-size bed and a full-size comfortable sofa bed, a full bathroom, and a private balcony. The rate is inclusive of resort fees, which include access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities such as the gym, beach, and pool access, and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa for spa entry only. Other services are additional. There are 7 relaxing pools between the towers with beach chairs, cabanas, and jacuzzis. Beach and pool chairs are complimentary, simply request a chair from one of the pool attendants and they will prepare the chair, bring you towels, and make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible. The staff is available 24 hours a day to help all guests enjoy their stay to the fullest. Security is always on-site, and friendly guards ensure the property is accessed by the resort guests only. Anything you could ever need can be found right inside the resort, making this a vacation you will never forget! Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, depending on housekeeping turnover. Late check-ins will not be grounds for disputes for credit or anything of nature. Check-out time is 11:00 AM, and late check-out may be accommodated depending on availability, but it is not guaranteed. There is an elevator situation that may cause intermittent delays, and efforts are being made to resolve this issue promptly. Occupants in the unit cannot exceed what is reflected in the booking, and any unregistered guests not disclosed before check-in will incur a charge of $50 per night per guest. The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Kindly be considerate of your neighbors, especially those with young children or in need of rest. Any guests found violating noise regulations will be asked to leave. Additionally, any form of violence, fighting, or domestic abuse will lead to immediate eviction without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and violation of this rule will incur a fine of $300. Parties are not allowed, and violation of this rule will incur a fine of $300. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this rule will incur a fine of $300 per pet. Properly dispose of all your food waste to the garbage bag provided, as leftovers are strictly prohibited. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge of $50. Please refrain from disposing of any food/items in the sink/toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Utilize the provided waste receptacles for other materials. Any guest causing damage to the plumbing system will be responsible for repair costs.       This gorgeous 1000 sq. ft. 1-bedroom apartment with an ocean view is located in the opulent Tresor tower at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach. The one-bedroom is approximately a 1000 sq. ft. unit with a separate private bedroom that sleeps 4 people between the standard king-size bed in the bedroom and another standard queen-size sofa bed that acts as the second bed in the living room. To accommodate the 5th, you may rent a rollaway bed that can be brought into the room upon request for an additional $60 for the rollaway bed and/or crib per night or a maximum of $200 plus tax each if renting for 5 nights or more.
