Amenities include 7 beds (3 king- 3 twin- 1 fold out queen), 5 big smart TVs, 5 fans, 4 walk in closets, jetted tub, fast WiFi, cable, work area, USB outlets, washer & dryer, light up bathroom mirrors, huge dining table, stocked kitchen, abundant free parking, private yard with diving pool, loungers, outdoor tables, & BBQ. Fully furnished. Tenant pays utilities (usually they are $200-400 electricity, $100-200 water+trash, $200-$250 internet+tv, $165(winter/fall/spring)-$270(summer) pool maintenance, $80-$160 yard maintenance). Potential tenants are welcome to try a paid "test stay" for as short as 1 night prior to committing to a long term lease. Amenities breakdown: -4 total bedrooms, each with a walk in closet -7 beds total: 3 king beds (mattresses are medium firmness), 3 twin beds (mattresses are medium firmness), 1 fold out queen bed (3” Tempurpedic Serenity mattress, soft). Bedroom 1 has a king & a twin bed- Bedroom 2 has a king bed- Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds- Bedroom 4 has a king bed- Living room has the fold out queen bed. -3 full bathrooms (3 have shower heads, 2 have tubs, 1 of the bath tubs is jetted) -5 large TVS: 70” smart TV in living room- 65” smart TV in bedroom 1- 55” smart TV in bedroom 2- 55” smart TV in bedroom 3- 65” smart TV in bedroom 4. Every tv has cable, is connected to the internet, & can use streaming apps. Note, the TV in bedroom 4 & the living room TV can be viewed simultaneously, which is perfect for watching multiple sports games at once. -WiFi is high speed 300 MBPS download -the nightstands in 3 bedrooms have outlets & USB plugins. The house overall has many USB outlets (USB C & USB A in addition to traditional plugs) to maximize convenience when charging devices -washer & dryer are included along with laundry detergent, bleach, & dryer sheets -a Keurig Duo (brews Kcups & pots of coffee) is provided along with Kcup coffee, sugar, sweeteners, & creamer -large & individual toiletries are provided (large shampoo, conditioner, body wash- small shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, makeup remover wipes, tampons) -the kitchen has plates, bowls, whiskey glasses, water glasses, wine glasses, & large coffee mugs (16 of each of these), as well as silverware for 16 & a variety of cooking utensils, pans, pots, etc -the oven is capable of air frying -hair dryers, hair straighteners, a curling iron, clothing iron, & ironing board are provided for guest use -large outdoor grill & grilling utensils are provided This new modern luxury oasis is in a peaceful, safe, walkable neighborhood & surrounded by the best Scottsdale has to offer. Old Town Scottsdale is just minutes away by car. The property is in a prime central location surrounded by a variety of restaurants, parks, & activities.
