This apartment has a great mix of old-school charm with luxury vinyl plank floors, a red brick building, and broad windows, plus a modern style with the renovated kitchen and bath and hip furniture. Enjoy your PRIVATE balcony for coffees, reading, or dining al fresco. Shared, free laundry is in the basement, accessed from the building’s southside door just inside the fence. Central heat is controlled by the host from a single thermostat for the building, and guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. Dog-friendly accommodations are available with a pet rent of $90/dog/month. This centrally located apartment is 25 minutes from Cherry Creek Trail, a walk or bike ride north to Downtown and east to Cherry Creek Shopping District. You can walk to three incredible restaurant areas, 5 blocks north to Pennsylvania & Bayaud, 3 blocks north to Alameda, 11 blocks north to 6th Ave & Cap Hill, and 8 blocks west to Broadway. It's also 3 minutes to Wash Park, 6 minutes to Trader Joes, 10 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi, 20 minutes to Red Rocks, and 1 hour 30 minutes to ski resorts. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose (7 minutes away), and Denver Health (8 minutes away), with UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO 22 minutes away. Failure to check out on time at 10 AM will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. Be mindful of the noise coming from your unit due to pets, music, and children as to not cause a disturbance. A warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances, and additional disturbances will result in eviction from the property.
