It comes standard with a full kitchen equipped with pots and pans, bakeware, dinnerware, silverware, and cookware, as well as an en-suite laundry with a washer and dryer. Enjoy fresh towels and bathroom essentials, complimentary local artisan coffee, and regular tea with a pour-over carafe. This apartment is pet-friendly with pet fees that apply and free on-site open-air parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Allandale is a traditional, family-friendly neighborhood featuring quiet streets lined with mature trees and updated homes from the mid-20th century. Situated along Shoal Creek, the Beverly S. Sheffield Northwest District Park offers sports courts, a pool, and a duck pond. Burnet Road, the area's main commercial strip, provides dining options ranging from creative taco joints to foodie hot spots to relaxed pubs. The apartment is 10 minutes from Downtown (West 6th Street), 12 minutes from The Domain/Rock Rose, 8 minutes from Central Austin Medical Centers and 20 minutes from Austin-Bergstrom Airport. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $1,000 fine, which includes the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Pets must be disclosed on the reservation guest count and approved in advance. Undisclosed pets will be charged at $200 per day. You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property. Guests who stay beyond their designated check-out time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses, up to $75 per hour after 10 am.
