Perfect for a retreat, this peaceful haven offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. This home is attached to the main house but has an independent entrance, backyard, and hot tub. Cozy up with WiFi, hot water, and all the comforts of home, making it the perfect place to unwind. This cozy single-level guest house offers comfortable sleeping arrangements: Primary Bedroom: King bed, Bedroom 2: Queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, utensils, plates, and more — everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. The space includes a large dining table, a kitchen bar area, and a cozy breakfast nook. All linens and towels are provided for your stay, except hot tub towels. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. This home is located in a quiet, charming neighborhood with a welcoming, friendly vibe. The streets are lined with sidewalks, making it perfect for a stroll or jog. You’ll be conveniently situated just 36 miles from DFW Airport, 20 miles from downtown Dallas, and 37 miles from AT&T Stadium. Beyond the excitement of nearby major cities, Rowlett itself offers plenty to explore, including Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and Six Flags Over Texas. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a $500 fine. The guest house does not offer direct lake access from the property itself, but public lake access is available nearby. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest. [SI]

Soak up the sun in the oversized pool while taking in the serene lake scenery, or if it’s chilly outside, hop into the 8-seater outdoor hot tub by the pool for a cozy retreat. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area and breakfast nook. The large living room has a 75” Smart TV and sound system. Enjoy cold nights by the gas/wood fireplace (wood not provided). The playroom has a pool/billiard table and a 55” Smart TV en-suite to a bathroom with shower bath combo. The media room has a full-size pull-out sofa bed, a 65” Smart TV, with games books and puzzles to enjoy, and an office desk for work-cations. The 1st-floor patio overlooks the pool and backyard with a seating and dining area. The 2nd-floor patio has seating places with spectacular lake views. The gated pool area has an outdoor shower, lounge chairs, dining area, and 2 umbrellas. The fenced-in backyard sits over half an acre and includes corn hole, a seating area around a fire pit, and kayaks (life vests are required and available) that can be taken down to the lake. High-speed internet with AC Wi-Fi extends into the yard. A washer and dryer are available, and laundry detergent is provided. A gas and coal grill is available for great cookouts (propane provided), as well as a seating area with a gas fire pit (propane is provided). All linens and towels are provided, but pool towels are not. Pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per pet per stay. Casa Del Lago sits in a quiet little neighborhood that is just off route 66, fenced all around, and is perfect for large families with plenty of activities and space to spread out. You’ll be conveniently located just 36 miles from DFW Airport, 20 miles to downtown Dallas, and 37 miles from the AT&T Stadium. In addition to the many amazing attractions offered in the nearby major cities, Rowlett has plenty to see and do itself. You can also pay a visit to the first-ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 51 miles away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days! This beautiful home is in a perfect location because it is right by the freeway, making your way around Rowlett fast and easy. The home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants. You will be able to do your grocery shopping at the local Walmart just 1.7 miles away! At the same distance, you will find all the shopping centers and dining places. Lake Ray Hubbard is 0.1 mi away, Waterview Golf Course is 2.7 mi away, The Harbor Rockwall Mall is 3.4 mi away, NYX Flyboard is 3.7 mi away, and Texas Skatium is 3.9 mi away. Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed at the house or near open doors or windows, and a violation will incur a $500 fine. If the majority of the adults in your group are under 25, an additional refundable damage deposit of $750 is required. If everyone in your group is under 21, alcohol is not allowed on the property.
