House-trained pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The base nightly rate covers the first six guests; starting from the seventh guest, there’s an additional fee of $39 per guest per night. The fifth and sixth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests, respectively. Pool towels are not provided. A gas and coal grill are available for cookouts, with propane provided.
