The bedroom offers a calm and comfortable retreat with a cozy bed, soft linens, and generous storage. The bathroom is spacious and clean with a modern layout. Guests have access to the resort-style pool and fitness center, and resident lounges. This home offers a seamless blend of style and convenience, perfect for any length of stay. As a guest, you'll have access to Shiloh’s community amenities, including a resort-style pool and fitness center, extending your living space beyond the unit. No smoking inside the unit, building, or on any balconies. No pets are allowed. No parties or events are permitted, and only those added to the reservation are allowed on the property. Minimum guest age is 18. Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-outs are not possible. Guests are required to complete a pre-booking guest accommodations agreement and ID verification to receive check-in instructions. Failure to do so will result in no refund. Guests are responsible for damages to the property, decor, or furnishings. Excessive cleaning needs will result in additional fees. Unapproved/unregistered guests or pets will incur a $200 fine and an additional $50 pet cleaning fee. There is a $200 fee for noise disruptions, with possible removal from the property. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 9am. Guests are prohibited from parking in any covered spots, reserved spots, or handicapped spots unless the vehicle has clear and visible legal tags.
