Travelers must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. This is a non-smoking building, and any violation of this policy will incur a $250 fine, plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed, and violating the pet policy may result in a $500 fine. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before booking.
