Please note that the elevator is currently out of service, but the building has only three floors. This unique space combines modern amenities with timeless charm. It features a smart TV with streaming apps and complimentary coffee. Building amenities include a smoke-free environment and a pool. Located in the heart of South Beach, this apartment is steps from the beach and surrounded by Miami's iconic nightlife and culture. Nearby attractions include The Wolfsonian–FIU (185 ft), Miami Beach – South Beach (0.3 miles), Española Way (0.5 miles), Miami Beach Botanical Garden (1.1 miles), and the Art Deco Historic District. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. Guests may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building. No weapons or drugs are allowed.
