The minimum age to rent is 25. There is no beach access from January 5 to January 31, 2026, due to construction on the boardwalk; guests may use the public access located at 270 S. Wall Street. The resort has an exterior restoration project going on through March, with no access to the balcony and guests should expect noise and dust. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Only one vehicle is allowed, with no exceptions. Trolley service is unavailable November 1 to February 28/29. If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31, it is highly recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have a reserved space on the beach.
