Gulf breeze lies right at the end of the Fairpoint peninsula. There's access from Pensacola across a three-mile-long bridge over Pensacola Bay, on the northside. And to the south, the Bob Sikes Bridge reaches across Santa Rosa Sound. To the east lies the 1,329 acre Naval Live Oaks reserve.

A small, tight-knit community of a little over 6, 000 residents, Gulf Breeze, is right between Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. There's a low crime rate, highly rated schools, and fantastic recreation for the whole family. If you want to have some fun and enjoy a night on the town, it's easy enough to Uber into downtown Pensacola. Not only that, but there's plenty of cultural activities and lots of nature to enjoy. You can go hiking, bike to the beach, go snorkeling, or birding at Gulf Islands National Seashore. There's also lots of delicious seafood to enjoy.
