Monthly pet rent is $30.00 per pet. If you are leasing online and you have multiple pets, please contact us at the leasing office at the end of the leasing process regarding the pet fees. You'll be happy to know that we allow dogs of all sizes, but do not allow the following breeds or dogs mixed with any of these breeds:
