There is a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment. Each pet will be subject to a Pet fee and pet rent. The following Dog Breeds are recognized by AKA aggressive breeds and are restricted and will not be allowed: Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Huskie, and Wolf Hybrids. Any mixes of these breeds are also prohibited. Every dog will be required to participate in a demeanor assessment and may be excluded from occupancy if deemed aggressive or a risk to other community member or residents. If this occurs and occupancy has not occurred all fees, except the application fee, will be refunded to the applicant.

We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. Pet Deposit is $500, per pet, with a Pet Rent of $25 monthly, per pet. We have a weight limit of 65 lbs and enforce restrictions on aggressive breeds. Fish tanks over 25 gallons require proof of renter's insurance.

Aggressive breeds that are prohibited are defined as: Rottweiler, standard Doberman Pinscher, all breeds of Pit Bulls (Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog), Rhodesian Ridgeback, Chow, and any animal that exhibits aggressive behavior toward humans or other animals. All animals must be properly vaccinated through a licensed veterinarian and be licensed by the City if applicable.

We Love Pets! Pets are allowed at our community with certain conditions as outlined in the Animal Addendum and other Community Policies. A signed addendum plus payment of an additional deposit and pet fee is required upon obtaining a pet. Pet rent in the amount of $20 per pet will be charged and added to your monthly rent. Pets are limited to a maximum 99 lbs. weight limit, and a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply- Contact office for details.
