One of the dishes that is growing most in popularity in America today is sushi, so even an Indianapolis apartment-ite owes it to themselves to give it a try, at least once. Though there may be quite a few spots claiming to slice up the best in town, the place that truly reigns supreme is H2O Sushi. This isn't your father's sushi restaurant, however, giving you variations and unique dishes that you won't find anywhere else, by a chef who really knows what he's doing, serving up some of the best sushi in town. Whether you're a sushi fanatic, or just getting your feet wet in the world of raw fish, H2O Sushi is a must. For those wanting to move more gradually, and get the full experience of Asian dining, you can begin with something from their starter menu. Try a serving of their delicious edamame, warm soy beans flavored with kosher salt, miso soup, or, for something more traditional, an Asian influenced chop salad or order of tuna tartare. You can also get an order of Nigiri, a rice dish served with fish, or sashimi, raw fish without rice, all with your choice of fish or seafood. As far as sushi rolls, they have a wide selection, including the Two Brothers Roll, with tuna, cilantro and jalapeno wrapped with salmon and lime, T and A, with tuna and avocado, the Crunch Roll, with shrimp, crab, spicy goat cheese, cucumber, scallion and wontons, the Joe Pesci Roll, with shrimp, jalapenos, avocado and cilantro, the Spicy Tush roll with Shrimp and cucumber topped with spicy tuna, the Instant Karma Roll, with cucumber, avocado, and basil wrapped with salmon and lemon, and even the Better California Roll, with snow crab, cucumber and avocado, or the Ultimate California Roll, with all those plus tobiko, or flying fish roe. There are numerous other culinary delights that you'll just have to come by and discover for yourself. Sushi is a dishes that scares many people off, but if one gives it a try, you may learn that it's one of the most delightful things they've ever tasted. Though Indianapolis may not be seen as a hot spot for Asian culture, sushi is still alive and kicking at H2O Sushi, and Indianapolis apartment-ites in the mood to try out this dish need only take a short trip down to explore the tastes that are driving the national mad.
