It's outdoor fun at it's finest here with plenty to do to keep put of the elements as well! This great park sits on over 13 acres of ground with many picnic tables and shelters to spend the day with family and friends from the Knoxville apartments. You can even reserve the shelters for fun family activities and events. Swing to the stars on the playground and watch the kiddos slide to their hearts delight. Use the huge open spaces for fun, flying games of Frisbee, football or soccer. There's a baseball fields too for those Knoxville apartment residents who love baseball or softball games. Wade in the cool waters of Goose Creek and watch the minnows swim and crawfish dart about. Walk along the Mary Vestal Greenway or take a jog if you're into the fitness scene. The South Knoxville Community Center is just adjacent to this great little park so Knoxville apartment residents never have far to go to attend local events and community gatherings. There is so much to do here and it's all free! The parking is great and plentiful and there is lots of shopping, dining and entertainment venues close by.
