Whether it's the Cardinals, the Diamondbacks, the Coyotes, the Suns, or the Mercury, Phoenix is crazy about its sports, and apartment-ites are always looking for the best place to catch the next big game, but with so many bars, pubs, and clubs offering big-screen accommodations for the big game, it can be hard to choose the right spot. One spot that always seems to have them roaring in come day is Majerle's Sports Grill, owned by famous Phoenix Suns player Don Majerle, and the devotion to sports, as well as customers, is obviously the moment you walk through the doors. The environment is perfect for viewing the big game, and every weekend the place is backed with people just waiting to get the rundown on all their favorite games. With dozens of televisions scattered around the place, and a staff completely devoted to their sports, you're guaranteed to find the big game, as well as get all the info they need on their favorite sports team. Even the gorgeous outdoor area has a full bar and plenty of TVs, so even if you're enjoying the pleasant night air, you won't miss a minute of the action in the big game. One thing you wouldn't expect at a local sports bar is delicious food, so when the waiters bring you the menu, it's not surprising to be thrown for a loop. For a starter, you can their Slam Dunk Shrimp, tempura shrimp in hot wing sauce, garlic, or teriyaki sauce, with celery, carrot sticks and ranch, gorilla wings, a baker's dozen hot wings, in barbecue, teriyaki, or chili pepper garlic sauce, in addition to their spicy buffalo sauce, chicken quesadillas, tenderloin sliders, or their 'Fingers Frank chicken strips. When it comes to entrees, there's a number of delicious sandwich options to choose from, including Queen Jacque's French dip, served with megacrunch fries, Cotton's Club, a classic BLT with ham, turkey, Swiss and American cheeses and mayo, Petite's croissant, sliced turkey or ham heaped on top of a flaky, warm croissant, or you can try 9's teriyaki chicken and rice, or Colangelo's Choice, half a club sandwich, with your choice of fries, soup, fruit, cottage cheese or salad. Burger fans can rejoice as well, for they have a number of delicious burgers, including Mama Majerle's burger, with mushrooms, grilled onions, and Swiss cheese, Joe Klein's Chicago bleu burger, with Swiss, bacon and blue cheese, or a green chile burger. They also have a number of different chicken sandwich choices, including the Rajun Cajun and Praski's chicken Parmesan. For dessert, make sure to try their chocolate eruption cake or Igor's Serbian Snicker pie. When it comes time for the big game, you have a number of options, but only one place has the backing of one of the biggest names in Arizona sports. Apartment residents in Phoenix looking for a place to grab a delicious bite while also enjoying the game need only to take a short trip down to Marjerle's Sports Grill.
