PLEASE STAY AWAY

If you are a tenant looking to rent, PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE. They do not care about their tenants. I live at the Michelle on Roosevelt and they have allowed my neighbor to smoke inside of his unit for months. It has caused me to get headaches and chronic laryngitis which has caused me to lose my voice. The walls are paper-thin and not at all ventilated, so you will also hear your neighbors talking and walking at all times of the day. There is also rarely parking available at the property because ...

there is less parking spaces than there are units. Cars are regularly broken into in this area and people have had their windows smashed in. I also did not have a working water heater when I first moved in for two weeks, and had to take ice cold showers in November. While they were cleaning/mopping the unit above me, mop water started leaking into my bathroom. I will never rent with them again. Property management is unresponsive and will straight up ignore your emails/messages.
