Different Pointe of View offers one of the most amazing eating experiences you're likely to have in the city, dining above the hustle and bustle of the city, while enjoying food by some of the greatest chefs in town. Their modern design, along with their lighted floors and wide windows are perfect for those spectacular city views that you just can't find anywhere else. Of course, the view is what keeps people coming, but what makes them stay is the excellence dinner menu. Different Pointe of View features the best chefs in town making dishes from only the freshest of ingredients, with herbs and vegetables straight from the mountainside gardens. To start things off, you can choose from their cherry wood-smoked venison carpaccio, with bing cherry tarragon compote, maple-scented sabayon, covered in vanilla anise oil, Lobster Bisque, with porcini mushroom infusion, Prince Edward Island steamed mussels, in a fennel and saffron honey broth, served with roasted hearb focaccia crostini, or pan-seared dive scallops with roasted sweet corn quinoa gateau, sweet pea gazpacho and tomato essence.
