Los Dos Molinos serve only he best in New Mexican cuisine, cooked with only the most skilled hands, all from the same family, never made by a huge line of nameless cooks. Only members of the owner's family cook their delicious dishes, and all the dishes are made from recipes handed down for generations. Apartment residents wanting a little taste of Mexico, the best option for your buck is Los Dos Molinos. To start your delicious meal, you can choose from one of their many delectable botanas, including Mexican pizza, with red chiles and tomatoes, or the Manchaca pizza, with Manchaca beef, or one of their delicious taco salads. They also have a wide variety of Mexican favorites, such as delicious Burros, with a choice of bean and cheese, beef, chicken, red or green chili, or carne adovada, or the grand burro, with ground beef, beans, cheese sour cream, lettuce and tomato.
