Level sidewalks for easy walking. Great village for biking. One currently owned well behaved adult dog under 50# maybe approved provided an additional $500 non-refundable cleanup fee is paid. Likewise, one cat maybe approved if a $500 non-refundable cleanup fee is paid. Lawn/yard care, snow removal, and house maintenance are all taken care of by respected owner.
