There are 4 units in this center hall colonial historic house located in a premiere neighborhood 1000' from village stores/eateries, Village Green, banking, public library and the Center for the Arts of Homer. The downstairs apartments have their own exterior entrances. Excellent Homer Schools. Lawn/yard care, snow removal, garbage removal and house maintenance are all taken care of by the respected property owner. This is a great neighborhood for walking and biking. One month security and references required. Dogs under 50# may be acceptable depending on the breed and if over 18 months old and if the $400 nonrefundable pet fee is paid OR one mature cat is acceptable provided the $400 nonrefundable pet fee is paid.
