About 11356 Drummond Dr
Beautiful, recently remodeled 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom home in 2020. The home features all new low-e windows, cedar shutters, cedar posts, and landscaping in the front. New AC, water heater and furnace. All new waterproof (wood-look) plank flooring in the living room and kitchen along with new carpet in the bedrooms. Kitchen boasts updated cabinets with white paint, new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The guest and master bathrooms have been updated with new tile, faucets and granite counter tops. The backyard is large with a new concrete patio. The house comes with a large two car garage with washer and dryer hookups. This is a must see home! Interested in renting this home, you must fill-out an application per tenant over 18 years of age. Each application is $45, non-refundable. Each applicant must provide copy of driver's license, SS card, at least 3 months bank statements and 3 months pay stubs with applications to be considered. Applications will be reviewed on a first come first serve basis once all documents and application fees have been received. Upon applicant being approved, applicant must submit a $2,400 security deposit and first months rent within 3 days of being approved. If applicant does not submit security deposit within 3 days of being approved then the applicant will be rejected and the next application will be processed. Tenant must pay for all utilities (gas, water, sewer, electricity, trash, etc.). Tenant must maintain the lawn in accordance with city of Dallas standards. Tenant must water the lawn and plants twice per week or in accordance with city of Dallas standards. No pets allowed. Tenants must provide their own refrigerator, washer and dryer.
