No, it's been hiding here all along. And each have a porch. A PORCH! Washer & dryer too. A fully improved and coddled building that's walking distance to... EVERYTHING! (if you have enough time.) But seriously... Two blocks to: scoutandcompanyvt. com (YUM!) And maybe a 10 minute walk to downtown Burlington and a few more minutes away from the University of Vermont Medical Center. Parking for one car on site, parking on street does not require permit! We’ve updated the place with tile, refinished cabinetry, installed new electrical service with LED lighting, new HIGH EFFICIENCY heating systems, tricked out the plumbing, cosmetically enhanced the drywall, and painted, everything! Twice. VT Gas consulted and the building has been reinsulated by certified contractors too. COZY, QUIET, NICE! And since we all agree that appearances matter; DO NOT FEAR! We'll be doing more work on grounds and building exterior in the future! DO NOT BE SCARED AWAY, IT'S WHAT'S INSIDE THAT COUNTS (for now!)
