Private spacious 2+1 in remote location in the Mojave Desert near the North Entrance to Edwards Air Force Base. This rental apartment is in a remote area of the Mojave desert on the North side of Edwards Air Force Base between California City and Boron. It is not "ON" base, however it is close to the North Entrance. This is a clean very spacious 2+1 in a single story 4plex. This is the only apartment on that side of the building. It is roomy, 855 sf, and has a very open floorplan which makes it seem even bigger. There is newish premium flooring as well as new paint and recently redone bathroom amenities. There is a tub/shower combo in the bathroom. A new/used range is included, and a fridge is also included as is. It is now ready and available for move in. There is parking steps from your door. Lots of closet space with large closets in each bedroom plus an entry closet and a double door big hallway linen/pantry closet. This is a quiet area, and the neighbors in the building are all quiet. There are beautiful expansive desert views throughout this area. There is only one small market walking distance but nothing else. You need a car that works well. Well behaved pets may be considered, dogs must be under 40 pounds per insurance. Please make sure you know where North Edwards is before calling me between 11 am and 8 pm. Tenant to pay all utilities. $1,350 is a discounted rate for rent paid before it is due. Regular rent is $1,450/mo. Tenant pays all utilities. Owner pays monthly pest service outside and upon request inside. *1,350/month is the discounted rent when paid in full before it is due. Regular rent is $1,450/mo. Well behaved pets may be allowed on a case by case basis. No smoking.
