It is on the smaller side, but should be able to comfortably fit a queen-sized bed and a tiny desk. The overall sqft of the home is 1200 sqft. Common spaces included, your total living area is at least 650 sqft. * Location: It's right next to Cal Anderson park so, in my humble opinion, the location really can't be beat.
