Current estimates are around $100 for those utilities. The unit will be freshly painted. The unit has no carpet, it has vinyl plank flooring throughout. There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the building . 1st floor, ground level. No stairs. Large rooms and bedroom has a large walk in closet. Minimum 12 month lease, longer terms are negotiable. Income requirement is gross min 3x rent and we do require credit check with no previous evictions or foreclosures. The address is: 1740 S Broad St. Apt B Schererville, IN 46375 Dogs and Cats are welcome with the following additional conditions: 1. 2 animal max 2. Dogs must be less than 25lbs full grown 3. Additional animal agreement with animal specific terms 4. Dogs will require tenant to obtain renters insurance. (usually available for less than $10/month) 5. Additional $500 animal deposit per animal 6.
