The apartment contains one large bedroom with a closet, one smaller bedroom (that could double as an office or study) also with a closet, a vestibule with a coat hanger, and a spacious living room complete with a restored wooden barn door. Included are two window AC units, one in the main living space and one in the large bedroom. Additionally, there is one full size storage locker attached to the unit. Unit comes with a parking space behind the building. New windows and boiler were added in summer 2025.
