We maintain a no-smoking, no-party household. Situated in the heart of Shaw in Little Ethiopia, you're just a 4-minute walk to both the yellow and green lines of Shaw/Howard and U Street Metro stations. Easy access to great restaurants, nightlife, Whole Foods, CVS, Trader Joes, cafes, and more. With a Walk Score of 98 and a Bike Score of 96, everything you need is within reach. The rent is $1,100/month for the small room on the 2nd Floor; $1,150/month for the small room on the third floor; $1,200/month for the large room. One month's security deposit.
