Unit Description
Second floor apartment of a traditional two story two family house with matching units top and bottom. My wife and I live on the first floor with our 2 year old 45lb JRT mix rescue dog. Apartment could be furnished and/or have utilities included with a cap at different prices. Listed price is with internet included only. Parking is not included, but we could accommodate 1-2 parking spots during snow removal parking bans. The second spot becomes available when I am able to sell our jeep. Street parking just outside the house is almost always available, worst case a house or so away. We are a two minute walk to downtown Biddeford and its restaurants/bars, retail, businesses etc. 5 minute drive to interstate 95.
