The property includes a walled rear patio with secure metal stairs, ideal for locking up bicycles. Pets: Pets considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional, non-refundable monthly pet fee. Application requirements: Applicants MUST have a 625+ credit score, 3x the rent in verifiable income, a clean background check, and a positive recommendation from current and past landlords. Second bedroom: blackout curtains and blinds, twin bed, two windows, closet, dresser, and lamp. Linens: Upstairs linens include bath towels, bed sheets, pillows, and down-alternative comforters with duvet covers. Downstairs linens include kitchen towels and washcloths. Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen, including Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes and linens.
