It's small but adorable and in a great location. This charming place is only a half block to the sand and the Venice Beach Boardwalk which makes it's location perfect. Laundry is right outside your door, on-site, and is shared with only one other unit, the main house which is separate from your unit but is on the same lot. You have free off-street parking, right next to your unit. The place is fully outfitted with everything you need from kitchen utensils and cookery to linens, towels, and even beach chairs. The place is fully furnished, all you need is your toothbrush. In addition, you have a TV with premium channels and Hi-speed WiFi. For short-term stay utilities are included.
