The Tudor style building has only two units and is in the Anholm neighborhood, just six blocks to the Mission Plaza and five blocks to foothill Boulevard and all the restaurants, shops and activities nearby. The apartment has been newly refurbished with new floors, paint and updates. It is fully furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, table, couch, rocking chair, two kitchen table chairs, desk, chair, and two ceiling fans. The kitchen has eating utensils and plates, bowls and pots and pans. Also included the is a smart flatscreen TV, refrigerator, stove, microwave and toaster oven. Shared washer and dryer. No on-site parking but plenty in front of the house. There is a nice size deck to enjoy the views. The apartment is part of a quiet compound of 3 houses. It has worked best with a single professional person. Not good with children or loud tenants. All utilities are included in the base rent. (Electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, Internet.)
