There are 2 restaurants right outside your front door and tons of restaurants and shopping both on the boardwalk and surrounding streets . It doesn't get better than this location! This unit is on the North End of the Venice Beach Boardwalk just bordering Santa Monica. You can see the Santa Monica Pier lit up in the evening from the patio. Our yellow apartment building is an iconic historic landmark at Venice Beach. It has been featured in famous film productions, and renowned photography studios have used it as a backdrop. Additionally, the legendary rock band Metallica once stayed in our penthouse apartment—and they absolutely loved it! World famous Venice Beach is the number one tourist attraction in Los Angeles. It draws people from all over the world who come and visit the eclectic fun atmosphere. Brand NEW Furnishings from head to toe. Beds, sofas, mattresses, towels, bedding, cookware, every single thing is brand new! Comfortably sleeps 10. Best feature: the scenic, peaceful view and the ocean air. This is an original Venice older building with some upgrades, original cabinetry and bathrooms. There are wall AC units in the living room and in 2 of the bedrooms. All rooms have heater wall units. We provide extra space heaters. Please be aware: There are performers, artists vendors and vacationers on the boardwalk at all times of day, it usually quiets down in the evening. There is a homeless population in Venice. You may smell marijuana in the air. This is a FUN unit, however we expect mature guests and families who will treat it with the utmost respect. We want guests that are mindful of neighbors who need to sleep and work in morning. No parties without permission! Parties, Smoking inside, Pets without permission may result in the LOSS OF YOUR DEPOSIT THINGS TO NOTE: There are stairs to get to the 2nd floor about 15 stairs total. This is a newly furnished unit in an Original Venice building. There is a homeless population in Venice, but very few on the Boardwalk. No smoking is allowed inside the unit Please keep the door codes private and do not yell them out to each other so that neighbors or passersby can hear. Please enjoy yourself to the fullest but be respectful of the property, the furniture, the neighbors and late night loud noise. Pets will be considered with a pet fee please discuss first. NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW: Venice is a very eclectic part of town it varies from million dollar homes to a significant homeless population. The Venice Beach community is fun, artsy creative and unique. There are artists, vendors, restaurants, shops and street performers on the famous Venice boardwalk. There are a some eccentric people who hang out around the boardwalk. You may smell marijuana in the air, everywhere in the beach area as it’s legal. There is no better place for sightseeing and people watching. This is a fun, fabulous rental right on the beach! The area and the unit is safe with several locked entries to get up to your unit.
