The home is situated on a large lot of .43 acres with mature landscaping and a creek running directly behind the property that connects to Wilson Drain. We are only signing 1 year lease terms at this time. If Renter wishes to obtain a lease term shorter than 1 year, Day Group Investments must first get approval from the owner and a premium will be added to the lease based on the lease term that is negotiated. ***Renter pays for all utilities, yard care and landscaping. No satellite dishes. No smoking is allowed. ***Please note: The yard is not fenced and runs directly down into the creek running through the neighborhood. ***No Pets are allowed at this property with the exception of registered Service Animals or ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) with verifiable legal documentation from a Licensed Mental Health Professional. Verifiable rental reference. 7. No outstanding balances owed to utility companies, child support or IRS. 8. Renters Insurance is required and must be verified prior to move-in. 9.
